This newer larege home burnt to the foundation.  We completed design, costing, and rebuild within nine months of the fire.  In the process we reconfigured the 2nd floor and basement layouts so they were more functional for the family.  We built a stunning new kitchen and ensuite.  They didn't move into their old home, rather a new home designed for them.

This 90's home was flooded from the top floor which also ruined the main floor and the basement. We reframed walls, complted extensive drywall work, flooring, cabinets, tile, trim, windows, rehabed finishings, new lighting througout, and painted the whole home.  The home is now much lighter and brighter than it was previously with more modern finishings.
