Our core business when we incorporated in 2010 was as a custom home builder in Prince George. Though we have added the full range of renovations to our offering, we are still very passionate about building beautiful energy efficient homes in Prince George.
We specialize in rural homes that allow for more sprawl but we build in-fill, urban homes, cabins, shops, and everything in between. We complete turn-key, design-build projects. We are adaptable and work with our clients where they have access to resources, whether that be a supplier in the family or are a tradesperson themselves.

Your journey building a new home in Prince George starts with an initial meeting in our office. You will meet with Jody and she will introduce you to our process, discuss your wish list and talk budget. From there we start the lot selection if needed followed by plan development and a quoting process. It will take several months to get to the construction stage from the start of plan development so starting early is highly recommended. As a custom home builder we take pride in ensuring that the design will meet your needs now and into the future. This process should not be rushed. Our team is here to walk you through the entire scope to get you a reliable fixed price contract before we start.
